WellTastic™ was founded in 2006 by Sophie Valerio under the original name of Rewarding Results, LLC.

Ms. Valerio is a certified and highly qualified Life, Business, and Wellness Coach with a passion for helping people change their lives for the better. She has 20+ years of experience working with a wide variety of individual's and corporations (at all levels). As a Professor of Quality Systems Management, she came to understand the difference between the "need" to do something and the "desire" to do that same thing. She noticed that many individual's fail to reach their goals in life even though they know they "need" to make changes to accomplish their goals. They know they could do better but just can't seem to find a way to create their own success. Ms. Valerio saw time-and-again that these people were simply not using the right formula for success. They were failing to correctly identify key components (such as resistance) in order to move themselves forward towards their desired outcomes. This led to Ms. Valerio's affiliation with Resource Associates Corporation (RAC) and the incorporation of their methodology into her current coaching practice. With these very tangible coaching principles, Ms Valerio has been able to make a difference in the lives of so many — including her own. 

Ms. Valerio's life was turned upside down when she was told she had breast cancer. This serious medical crisis also led to personal and financial challenges. With a smile on her face, she successfully modeled the basic coaching principles and beat the odds of her illness. Further, she took control of her financial well being and now helps others to do the same. 

Ms. Valerio continues to combine her professional and personal experience with proven coaching and wellness processes to ensure a balanced approach when assisting her client's. Her customizable approach to the WellTastic journey is simple, practical, interactive, cost effective, and backed up by scientific research.

Born in France, Ms. Valerio's education also includes two Masters degrees in Engineering and Quality. She is a certified Health and Wellness coach for both Transitions Lifestyle® (weght loss and weight management) and nutraMetrix® (exlusively for health professionals). She holds a Six Sigma Black Belt, and is the mother of two young boys.

Ms. Valerio guarantees uniformity in the level of services, customization, and care throughout the WellTastic™ organization. WellTastic™ has experience helping groups, corporations, and individuals of most age groups, background, races, and income, change their lives for the better.
