The First Step in our process is to identify what "Changing your life, or business" means to you. Basically we are identifying the Improved Results (IR) you are looking for. We will start with a free 30 minutes to 1 hour discussion, face to face or over the phone. Depending on the complexity and extent of your needs, it may require a few more complimentary discussions to outline a proposal for your specific needs.
The proposal will ensure that the two basic principles of coaching are utilized and adhered to.
Principle one "Change Theory": When implementing changes one always encounters some level of Resitance (R) to change. To overcome any resistance to change, whether seamingly minuscule or extreme challenges, the following formula is critical to success: D x V x B x FS > R. Our coaches are well trained and experienced to help you assess your level of Dissatisfaction (D), clarify the Vision (V), identify the First Step (FS), and ensure that the vision and first steps are Believable (B). If any of D, V, B, or FS is lacking (=0), the R can not be overcome.
Principle two "Human Factor": Your most powerful resource to implement change are people's ability and willingness to embrace and implement the changes. Your most powerful resources can also be the one creating the most Resistance, as it is a human instinct to be skeptical or concerned when dealing with changes. In addition to principle one, our coaches will utilize the "Human Factor" formula with everybody involved: ASK + G = PBC → IR. With the Improved Results defined and gaps identified, we will identify the Positive Behavioral Changes required for each person involved to achieve the IR.
How do you facilitate Positive Behavior Changes? A scientifically proven methodology is to identify and document individual Goals (G), i.e. "What's in it for me", provide the appropriate Skills (S) and Knowledge (K), and, most importantly, cultivate the appropriate Attitude (A). Without the appropriate attitude, having the skills and knowledge is not efficient, or effective. Our coaching methodology have proven results to developing the right attitude.
